Shipping & Returns offers a return period of 10 days from the delivery date. Any missing or damaged items received will be replaced.

Please Note: Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. All refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only with an applicable 15% minimum restocking fee - minimum $5.50. This is only for a product with original packaging that is still in sellable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not offer a prepaid shipping label for return purposes. That is solely your responsibility. Because we sell our items at low wholesale prices, we have a strict policy regarding opened packaging.  No item can be returned if the packaging was opened even for costumes that have been tried on or worn.

We do not offer any exchanges due to stock turn over so if you need a different size or a different costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s). We ask that you do this because the item you want might be out of stock by the time we receive your return.

Please note:

  • All returned products must be complete in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging must be resalable.
  • All item(s) must be returned using a traceable method with delivery confirmation.  This is to ensure that receives your return. Return Merchandise Authorization number must be written clearly outside of the box. Please do not write on manufacturer packaging.
  • Items will NOT be eligible for a refund if:
    • Item was refused upon delivery.
    • An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
    • Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method was chosen by the customer. 
  • Total quantity ordered will be shipped but not necessarily in the volume units described. For example, if you order ten packs of ten items and each are a total quantity of 100 units, we will ship to you 100 units but they may be delivered in packs of 1 each, 10 each or a pack of 100.  We are not responsible for the packaging method of the manufacturer. Any item missing or damaged will be replaced.  If the item is not available, you will be refunded for the items that are not delivered.
  • Any special order items, items on sale or clearance items cannot be returned. If an exception is made to return sale merchandise, only store credit will be provided.
  • All returned merchandise is subject for a restocking fee of 15% (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable) If a product is returned without authorization, a minimum 35% restocking fee will apply if the item is accepted. Items returned without authorization will only be for credit on account.

Please note: Any costumes are purchased between the 15th and 31st of October cannot be accepted for a return unless a product in damaged or pieces are missing from it.

  • The following items are Never Returnable to
    • o    Items on sale or clearance (including anything purchased with a coupon 10 percent or greater)
    • o    Orders in the amount of $100 or larger
    • o    Any item with opened packaging,
    • o    Any item that has been worn, used or altered,
    • o    Undergarments,
    • o    Socks, stockings, and hosiery
    • o    Shoes and boots, boot covers and accessories,
    • o    Dress patterns,
    • o    Cosmetics,
    • o    Eyelashes,
    • o    Wigs, beards, mustaches or any artificial hair,
    • o    Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth,
    • o    Party supplies,
    • o    Cigarette holders,
    • o    Prosthetic noses or chins,
    • o    Masks that have been opened.
    • o    CD's, DVD's or video tapes,
    • o    Party kits,
    • o    Seasonal or holiday specific items

Please note: If you purchase any of the items above, it is important you check the items carefully to make sure it is what you ordered before opening the packaging. Once the packaging is opened, we cannot accept a return for the item. SORRY, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • Original shipping charges for defective or non-defective items are not refundable. All return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns are generally processed within a week of receiving the product back. During Halloween season (October and November) this process may take up to 4 weeks.
  • Orders paid with checks or bank wire require special handling and are non-refundable.

Please note: We work to do our best to keep photos and descriptions up-to-date but due to the high turnaround rate and changes made by vendors, updating is sometimes out of’s control. Items that are subject for return due to photo or description changes can only be returned for credit on the account only. We will try our best to work with each individual on a per case basis to resolve the issue when possible.

Please note: Delivery is not guaranteed on economy or standard shipping. Delivery dates for these two shipping methods are only estimated. Costume types are subject to change without notice based on the manufacturer's production. Colors can vary slightly online than when seen in person. These changes, usually only slight in nature are beyond our control. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We are not always notified by the manufacturers of these changes. We will announce any changes made to the costumes in the website descriptions and photos as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your consideration with this issue.

To obtain an RMA number, please fill return form and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.

The cost of shipping highly depends on how many days you want to pass before delivery. The quickest shipping method via UPS will cost more while shipping through USPS will cost less. We do not process orders on the weekends.

Halloween and October Shipments

Through the month of October, both Economy and Standard shipping can take 3 days. Once shipped, the estimation above will give you an idea of when you will receive your order.

Please Note: The shipping prices and days of delivery are both estimated, leaving room for change. If you choose the Economy method, please note that the U.S. Postal Service does not guarantee the same delivery dates above. 

Our Service Guarantee does not apply to the Economy shipping method or to any other shipments that are delayed due to unforeseen causes that are beyond the carriers control. No shipping refunds are available in such cases.

Business Hours

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. These hours do not reflect our special hours during the weekends and holidays.

Shipping Addresses and Restrictions

Products at are shipped to USA only. However, we do not usually ship internationally. Shipping via APO/FPO is not available. Shipment is transported through USPS or UPS but we do used FedEx at times. Any shipments being made to P.O. Boxes will be done through USPS. 

Tracking Packages

Upon completion of ordering, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number for the shipment. This will allow for tracking of your order from start to finish.

Please Note: We are not responsible for an incorrect address provided by the customer or for items not received during a specific time due to a wrong shipping method being chosen by the customer.

We do not usually ship internationally, however when we do, there are additional customs, duties or taxes that may be implemented. The customer is responsible for these additional customs, duties or taxes.
